Heather Chapman has been a friend for over 30 yrs. Throughout this time our friendship has grown from co-workers to manager/employee relationship until the time of my retirement. Throughout this time, Heather has always been there for me and others. She has always had an open-door policy at the office and listens to concerns whether work-related or personal issues. Heather has a lot on her plate but always has a shoulder for others to lean on. She is currently dealing with a serious illness of a family member and the untimely passing of her estranged brother-in-law. Heather’s spirit remains high and limitless. Sometimes it is not one large act of kindness, but continuous acts of kindness throughout a person’s life.
